Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older (up to 75 for part of the study).
- You need to have advanced non-small cell lung cancer or another solid tumor that has spread or can't be removed.
- You must be willing to provide a tumor sample from a past or new biopsy.
- You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must not have serious heart, lung, or other health problems, and your lab results need to be within certain limits.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
