Check if a new drug combo works for advanced liver cancer

This trial tests a combination of immunotherapy (anti-PD-1/PD-L1) and an anti-VEGF drug for people with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a type of liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The goal is to see if these drugs can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.

Targeted therapy and immunotherapy for advanced liver cancer

This trial tests a combination of two drugs (lenvatinib and toripalimab, a type of immunotherapy) plus a special chemotherapy infusion directly into the liver artery for people with advanced liver cancer that has not been treated before. The goal is to see if adding the immunotherapy helps shrink tumors better than the standard combination.
