This study tests a new cream (TOP-N53) for digital ulcers caused by scleroderma. The cream is applied directly to the sore, and the goal is to see if it is safe and helps the ulcer heal.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma).
- You have at least one active finger ulcer that is at least 2 mm wide (about the size of a pencil tip).
- You are either taking sildenafil (Revatio) 20 mg three times a day, or have not taken similar medicines (like Viagra, Cialis, Levitra) for at least 4 weeks.
- You do not have severe or uncontrolled health problems from scleroderma, such as serious lung disease or kidney crisis.
- You do not have very painful ulcers (score 6 or more on a 0-10 pain scale).
