Who can take part

  • You must have ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer must have returned or worsened while on, or after, hormone therapy.
  • You can have had up to 2 prior chemotherapies for advanced disease.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan, or bone lesions that can be tracked.
  • You should not have unstable or active brain metastases; stable brain metastases may be okay.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
