  • You are between 20 and 60 years old.
  • You have had trouble sleeping for at least 3 months.
  • You are severely sight impaired or blind (as defined by specific vision tests).
  • You can speak and read Hindi or English.
  • You can attend the clinic 5 days a week for 4 weeks for 30-minute sessions.
  • You agree not to take any sleep medications or use sleep trackers during the trial.
