  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are a college student studying a health-related field (like nursing, medicine, or pharmacy).
  • You have poor sleep quality (a sleep test score above 7) or have been diagnosed with insomnia.
  • You are willing to use a small device at home that sends mild pulses to your ear for about 20 minutes a day.
  • You do not have any of these: a seizure disorder, a pacemaker, a skin problem on your ear, or you are not pregnant.
