Who can take part

  • You are a survivor of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and are between 20 and 50 years old.
  • You have moderate to severe insomnia (a score of 8 or higher on the Insomnia Severity Index).
  • You have a smartphone and home Wi-Fi.
  • You do not have any implanted electrical devices (like a pacemaker) and are not taking certain seizure or attention medications.
  • You are not pregnant and have no history of serious heart, nerve, or fainting conditions.
