Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old.
- You have had neck pain for more than 4 weeks.
- Your neck pain is at least a 3 out of 10 on a pain scale (0 = no pain, 10 = worst).
- Your neck pain affects your daily activities (score of 10 or more on a neck-related disability questionnaire).
- You can read, write, and understand Spanish.
- You have not had neck trauma, fracture, or surgery, and you do not have signs of nerve problems or serious conditions (like cancer or artery issues).
