Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a doctor using the standard 2010 criteria.
  • You have no current or past problems with your neck, upper back, or arms.
  • You have not had surgery on your head, spine, or shoulders in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have any psychiatric conditions like dementia or amnesia.
  • You do not have inflammatory arthritis or other rheumatic diseases.
