Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have stable chest pain (angina) that is classified by your doctor using a scale called the Canadian Cardiovascular Score.
- You have had a positive SPECT scan, which is a special imaging test that shows reduced blood flow to your heart muscle.
- You have not had a heart attack or acute chest pain needing emergency care in the last 4 weeks.
- You have never had a stent placed (angioplasty) or heart bypass surgery.
- You do not have active allergies, asthma, hives, mastocytosis, autoimmune disease, cancer, kidney failure, or certain blood disorders like high eosinophil levels or myelodysplastic syndrome.
