  • You are 18 years or older
  • You need a spinal fixation device in your neck or upper back (vertebrae C2 to Th3)
  • You are willing to attend follow-up visits after surgery
  • You do not have severe bone disease or damage that would prevent the screws from staying in place
  • You are not allergic to the implant materials and do not have an active infection in your spine
