Who can take part
- You are 18 or older when you sign up
- You have planned front-of-neck (C2 to C7) spine surgery using the NuVasive ACP System plus a matching spacer/implant
- Your neck problem fits one of these: disc degeneration, trauma, tumors, deformity, failed prior fusion, spondylolisthesis, or spinal stenosis
- Your surgeon believes you are medically safe to have the surgery after reviewing your health and exam
- You can and will sign the informed consent form
