Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a cancer that is advanced or has spread and cannot be surgically removed.
- Your cancer has been confirmed by a biopsy or other lab test.
- You have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments, or they are not available.
- Your cancer is one of these types: non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer, or skin squamous cell cancer, OR your tumor has a high number of EGFR genes (EGFR amplification).
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1), and your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
