Who can take part
- You must have advanced or metastatic solid tumor that cannot be removed with surgery.
- You must have already tried at least one type of immunotherapy (drugs like PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA-4, or LAG-3 inhibitors).
- You must have run out of standard treatment options, or your doctor thinks you cannot tolerate them, or you choose not to take them.
- Your cancer must have grown despite previous treatment, and you must have at least one measurable tumor that has not been previously treated with radiation (or has grown after radiation).
- You must be in generally good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1, or possibly 2 if your doctor discusses it).
- You must have adequate organ function, and no active brain metastases or certain heart conditions.
