Who can take part
- Your baby was born at Peking University Third Hospital.
- Your baby had an Apgar score of 7 or less at 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes after birth.
- Your baby does not have a serious birth defect affecting their physical or brain development.
- You and your family agree to join the study.
- If your baby was born before this study started (between 2006 and now), their medical records will be reviewed. If born after the study starts and before the end of 2027, you will be followed over time.
