Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (MS that is gradually getting worse).
- Your disability level (measured by EDSS score) is between 3.5 and 6.5.
- You can walk 25 feet in 8 to 25 seconds (this is a test of your walking speed).
- You have not had a relapse or active inflammation on MRI in the last 2 years.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
