Who can take part
- You are a man between 20 and 45 years old.
- You are healthy and active, but not an athlete.
- Your weight is between a BMI of 18.5 and 27.
- You exercise regularly (at least 3 times a week for over 3 months) and do cardio for 30 minutes or more at least once a week.
- You have not gained or lost more than 3% of your weight in the last 3 months.
- You are a non-smoker and don't work night shifts, and you sleep 6.5 to 9 hours most nights.
