This study tests whether a therapy called Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can help pregnant people who struggle with strong emotions. If you are at least 12 weeks pregnant and find it hard to manage your feelings, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You have a high level of emotional ups and downs (score of 88 or more on an emotion control test).
- You are at least 12 weeks pregnant with one baby (not twins or more).
- You can read and write in English well enough to fill out forms.
- You do not have serious health problems like cancer or active mental health issues like psychosis.
- You have not had a drug or alcohol problem during this pregnancy and are not at immediate risk of hurting yourself.
