Who can take part
- You are pregnant when you start treatment
- Your depression symptoms are mild to moderate (not too low, not severe)
- You have regular contact with your maternity mental health clinic
- You’re age 18 or older, and you can start between pregnancy week 8 and week 30
- You have been on a stable depression (and/or other psychiatric) medication for at least 3 weeks, if you take one
- You can use the internet on a phone or computer and understand Swedish (spoken and written)
