  • You are 50 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment by a doctor.
  • You can provide informed consent to participate.
  • You do not have severe memory loss (a score of 10 or higher on a standard memory test).
  • You have no other brain conditions (like a stroke or brain tumor) that affect your thinking.
  • You can understand and communicate in Spanish.
