Who can take part
- You have breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor has a certain amount of HER2 protein, from low to high levels, and we will check which group you fit into.
- You may need to have tried specific treatments before, like Enhertu (trastuzumab deruxtecan) or hormone therapy, depending on your cancer type.
- You have not had more than 3 or 4 prior chemotherapy treatments for advanced disease (depending on the group).
- You do not have active brain metastases.
- You have not had an allergic reaction to the ingredients of the study drug.
