Who can take part

  • You must have HER2-positive breast cancer (confirmed by a lab test).
  • Your tumor must be larger than 2 centimeters and have not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You cannot have had any previous treatment for breast cancer (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy).
  • You must be healthy enough to have surgery after the study treatment.
  • You must have good heart, kidney, and liver function.
