Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You cannot have completed a Basic Life Support (BLS) course before.
  • You must not have a history of motion sickness with virtual reality (VR).
  • You cannot have vertigo (a spinning sensation) or take medications that cause vertigo-like symptoms.
