Who can take part

  • You are a first- or second-year medical student.
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have no known heart disease or physical limitations that would prevent doing chest compressions.
  • You have not had CPR or basic life support training in the last 6 months.
  • You have no previous experience working in healthcare (like as a nurse, EMT, or doctor).
