Who can take part

  • You are an outpatient (not in the hospital) and have had a 12-lead ECG (heart tracing) at least once.
  • Your age is between 60 and 85 years.
  • You have not had an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have known severe low pumping function of the heart (LVEF under 40%).
  • You have never been diagnosed with heart failure.
  • You do not have an echocardiogram scheduled.
