Who can take part

  • The patient must be between 1 and 18 years old.
  • They must have a rare cancer called lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LECC) that has spread locally or to other parts of the body.
  • They must be in good physical condition (ECOG score 0-1) and expected to live at least 6 months.
  • They must have a tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • They cannot have had prior immunotherapy with anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 drugs (like Keytruda or Opdivo).
