Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Advanced lung cancer (Stage IV) confirmed by biopsy, without certain genetic mutations (EGFR, ALK, ROS1)
- Your cancer cells must show high EGFR protein levels on testing (2+ or higher)
- No prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced cancer (earlier treatment for earlier-stage disease is allowed if ≥6 months ago)
- Good overall health status (able to care for yourself with minimal help) and expected to live ≥12 weeks
- Normal or near-normal blood counts, kidney function, and liver function; no active infections or serious heart/bleeding problems
