Who can take part
- You have rectal cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
- Your tumor is within 10 cm of the anal opening.
- Your tumor is considered 'pMMR' or 'MSS' (normal mismatch repair function).
- You have not had radiation to the pelvis or abdomen before.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease that requires treatment.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and in good overall health.
