JNT-517 pill for adults with PKU

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with phenylketonuria (PKU).
  • Your blood Phe (phenylalanine) levels are generally above 360 micromoles per liter.
  • You are willing to keep a stable diet (protein from food and special medical food) or adjust it as needed during the study.
  • You have not taken the PKU drug pegvaliase in the last 4 weeks.
  • You weigh more than 40 kilograms (about 88 pounds).
