Who can take part
- You must have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- Your daily activities should be fairly independent (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your cancer must be measurable on scans and have gotten worse despite prior therapy.
- You must be able to swallow pills and have adequate organ function.
- For the sarcoma portion: you must have a specific type of advanced sarcoma and have had 2 to 4 prior systemic treatments.
