Who can take part
- You (or your legal guardian) choose to join and sign informed consent.
- Your cancer is a confirmed sarcoma (bone or soft tissue) that is advanced and cannot be removed by surgery, and standard treatment has failed—or there isn’t a standard option.
- Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot, and MRI or CT can measure it; you must have enough survival time (more than 3 months).
- Your body function tests are strong enough: blood counts, liver, kidneys, and heart pumping (left heart ejection fraction at least 50%).
- You have not previously taken an anti–PD-1 or anti–PD-L1 antibody medicine.
- You cannot have certain other cancers or major health problems that would make treatment unsafe (for example, uncontrolled infection or serious autoimmune disease).
