Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+/FISH+) or HER2-low (IHC 1+ or 2+/FISH-) advanced breast cancer
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have newly diagnosed brain metastases (fewer than 6 spots) confirmed by MRI
  • You have had no more than 4 previous treatments for advanced breast cancer
  • You are expected to live at least 3 more months
  • You do not have a history of taking the drug T-DXd
