Who can take part
- You have HER2-positive or HER2-low advanced breast cancer (confirmed by a biopsy).
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have fewer than 6 newly diagnosed brain metastases (seen on an MRI).
- You have had no more than 4 previous treatments for advanced breast cancer.
- You do not have cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastases).
- You have acceptable liver, kidney, heart, and blood test results within the last 28 days.
