Who can take part
- You are an adult (age 18 or older), and you have advanced breast cancer that is HER2-positive or HER2-low.
- You have at least one measurable brain (intracranial) tumor spot seen on scans, and it has not been treated locally yet.
- You have NOT had prior brain radiation, and you do not need urgent brain treatment now (or you choose not to get it right away).
- You are far enough out from your last cancer treatment (more than 2 weeks; and no brain-cancer treatment meds in the time windows allowed by the study).
- You can safely take study medicine based on general health and organ function, and you are expected to live at least 6 months.
- You have no major brain conditions that make emergencies likely (like cancer spread to the fluid around the brain or needing emergency neurosurgery).
