Rapid antidepressant effects of new brain stimulation methods

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with major depression (with or without anxiety).
  • You are not currently taking any psychiatric medications (must be off them for at least 21 days).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have a history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychotic depression.
  • You have not had a seizure disorder or taken anticonvulsant medication.
  • You have not received vagus nerve stimulation, ECT, or TMS in the last 2 months.
