  • You have had moderate-to-severe asthma for at least 1 year.
  • You have had at least 1 asthma flare-up that needed steroid pills or shots in the past year.
  • You use a medium or high-dose combination inhaler (like an ICS/LABA) daily.
  • You have some airway narrowing that can be reversed (measured by breathing tests).
  • You do not have other lung diseases like COPD, cystic fibrosis, or scarring of the lungs.
  • You have not used a biologic medicine (e.g., Xolair, Dupixent) or JAK inhibitor for asthma.
