  • Must be having ACL or ACL plus meniscus knee surgery
  • Age between 16 and 65 years old
  • Body mass index (BMI) under 40
  • Willing to follow the study schedule and sign consent forms
  • No major health problems like heart conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, or past blood clots
  • No knee surgery in the last 5 years or knee injections in the last 6 months
