  • You are between 18 and 67 years old
  • You have had chronic pain (not from cancer) for more than 3 months, such as fibromyalgia, widespread pain, back, neck, or shoulder pain
  • You have been referred to a team-based rehabilitation program at a participating clinic
  • You can understand and fill out study materials in Swedish
  • You are willing to use digital tools for assessments and follow-ups
