Who can take part

  • You are a healthy, nonsmoking adult between 21 and 45.
  • Your kidneys are working well (eGFR over 90) with no excess protein in urine.
  • You are physically fit, with a specific fitness test score between 35 and 60 (VO2 max).
  • You do not take any regular supplements, especially vitamin B3.
  • You do not have any medical conditions or allergies that would make exercise in the heat unsafe.
