  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a spot or lesion in your esophagus that needs a biopsy or removal.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder or allergy to anesthetics or methylene blue.
  • You are not having trouble swallowing or have a known blockage in your digestive tract.
  • You are willing to give written permission to be in the study.
