- You have osteoporosis diagnosed by a bone density test (MOC).
- You can walk with or without help (FAC score of 3 or higher).
- You have been on stable medication for osteoporosis for at least a month.
- You can stand on your own for over 30 seconds.
- You have no major memory problems (MMSE score of 24 or higher).
- You are not feeling very depressed (GDS less than 2).
- You have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last 6 months.
- You have no painful arthritis, leg problems, or vision/hearing issues that make it hard to move.
