Who can take part

  • You are 70 years old or older
  • You can walk on your own, with or without a cane, walker, or other aid
  • You have one of these: a prior fracture after age 40, two or more falls in the past year, a bone density scan showing weak bones, or you take osteoporosis medication
  • You have not had a broken bone in the past 12 months
  • You are able to walk without supervision and do not have active serious medical or cognitive conditions preventing safe participation
  • You can speak and understand English or French and are able to give informed consent
