Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have all your natural teeth and no missing or broken teeth.
  • You can open your mouth normally (at least 3 fingers wide).
  • You have pain or tenderness in your jaw muscles or joint, headaches, or earaches linked to TMD.
  • You are not currently in braces or other dental treatments like bridges or implants.
  • You do not have serious gum disease (periodontitis) or a health condition like rheumatoid arthritis that affects your jaw.
