  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 27 and 40, meaning you are overweight or have obesity.
  • You can attend at least 6 out of 8 group sessions (80% attendance).
  • You can communicate in Catalan or Spanish.
  • You have not had weight-loss surgery before.
