  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Spanish is your primary language and you identify as Hispanic or Latino
  • Your BMI is between 25 and 45 (roughly, you are overweight or have obesity)
  • You exercise less than 150 minutes per week at moderate intensity
  • You are willing to not join other fitness programs or weight-loss programs for 6 months
  • You can attend program sessions and complete health measurements
