Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have active thyroid eye disease with a clinical activity score of 3 or more in the affected eye.
  • Your thyroid eye disease is moderate to severe.
  • You do not need immediate eye surgery and are not planning any corrective surgery or radiation during the trial.
  • If you have diabetes, it must be well-controlled.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control and have a negative pregnancy test.
