  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You weigh between 99 and 220 pounds (45-100 kg)
  • You have moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease that has been stable for at least 6 months, with eye bulging of at least 18 mm
  • You have not had certain treatments for your eye disease recently, like steroids or other medications
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use birth control during the study
  • You have no other serious eye conditions or health problems that would conflict with the study
