Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old
- Your weight is between 99 and 220 pounds (45 to 100 kg)
- You have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease that has been stable (no worsening) for at least 6 months
- Your eye bulging (proptosis) is at least 18 mm
- You have not used certain steroids or immune-suppressing medications recently
- You have not had prior radiation or surgery for your thyroid eye disease in the study eye
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose
