  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have had a single or double lung transplant.
  • You have been diagnosed with antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) and are being treated with medications like Carfilzomib or anti-thymocyte globulin.
  • You are currently in the hospital for your AMR treatment.
  • You have specific antibodies (DSA) against the donor lung with a level over 1000 MFI.
