Who can take part
- You have a type of skin cancer called cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma on your head or neck that has not spread to lymph nodes.
- Your cancer is considered high-risk due to features like being on the ear or lip, larger than 2 cm, deeper than 4 mm, or having certain aggressive features.
- You are able to undergo surgery to remove the cancer and have a sentinel lymph node biopsy.
- You are at least 18 years old and have a good overall health status (able to care for yourself).
- You do not have other active cancers or a history of certain blood cancers or treatments that would interfere.
