  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are a mother with a child aged 0 to 3 years
  • You have symptoms of depression (score 5 or higher on a depression questionnaire)
  • You live in one of the trial areas and can attend follow-up visits at 4 and 6 months
  • You can speak and understand English
  • You are not currently getting treatment for a severe mental health condition or having thoughts of suicide
