Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You had a heart attack and had a procedure to open the blocked artery within 24 hours of symptoms starting.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study plan.
  • Your blood pressure and heart rate are stable without medications to support them.
  • You do not have a very slow heart rate or certain abnormal heart rhythms without a pacemaker.
  • You are not already in another clinical trial.
